Yes, there is a $10.00 charge for a copy of your exams on a CD.
Please contact your physician for a copy of your report. If you have any questions about the report, they can help assist you further.
We usually fax a completed report to your physician’s within 3 days of your exam. If you have a visit scheduled with your doctor immediately after our visit, please let us know so that we can expedite the report to your doctor’s office.
Yes, let us know at the time of the exam, the names and office locations of each of the doctors and their fax numbers.
A full bladder pushes the gas filled bowel out of the way and lets us view your pelvic organs. If you don’t have a well distended bladder, often we don’t get an adequate exam.

At UCS, we take care of you. Our Registered Sonographers are very compassionate. We always try to give your physician as much information as we can so that you can return to your physician for treatment if needed
Call your insurance company and ask them. Every insurance plan is different. At the time you signed up for your insurance, you were given a statement of benefits which includes what is or isn’t covered.

- Booking Fees are non-refundable!!
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Refunds are only given if you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be refunded the total amount (service price) minus booking fees(2.5%).
- There is a $30 non refundable charge if no call, no show for your appointment.
- In case of emergency, we require proof of reason for no show for a full refund of service minus booking fee(2.5%).
